- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards

- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team of 8-12 specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum projects to enterprise level
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in future-tech forecasting frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi Method)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-tech commercializations
