- Monitor global tech trends and patent landscapes for competitive advantage

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Proven track record of launching patent-pending technologies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing architectures
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Certified in Quantum Computing (IBM Qiskit or Google Cirq)
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets
