Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, identifying disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Develop market entry strategies for emerging technologies with $500M+ TAM
- Present innovation frameworks to the board and executive stakeholders
- Mentor R&D teams in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of scaling innovative products from concept to market
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or synthetic biology
- Executive-level stakeholder management with board presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
