Responsibilities

- Design cross-functional implementation frameworks for pilot programs and market adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting 2026 initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture through hackathons and thought leadership
- Collaborate with venture partners to identify and integrate startup innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in launching future-focused initiatives (2018-2023)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
