Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ innovations in AI, biotech, and clean energy
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging technologies
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities in frontier tech
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to stakeholders and investors
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation strategy team
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, management consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating tech trends into business value
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and forecasting abilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in ambiguity
