- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to anticipate industry disruptions and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with quantified impact projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech integration, or decentralized systems
