- Develop comprehensive technology adoption roadmaps for enterprise clients, balancing innovation with practical implementation
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs to secure first-mover advantages
- Present visionary technology briefings to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons, patent development, and thought leadership initiatives
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic factors influencing tech adoption timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning abilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
