Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies (2026+) and assess commercial viability
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Ensure ethical compliance in AI and automation deployments
- Monitor regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional presentation and executive communication abilities
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation
