Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years in emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record launching technologies with $100M+ market impact (e.g., blockchain, generative AI)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation governance
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and leading international R&D consortia
