Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging fields including generative AI, neuromorphic computing, and decentralized systems
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology gap assessments to identify innovation opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into commercial offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge projects
- Manage technology roadmap with clear milestones and ROI projections
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing disruptive technologies
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
