Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year vision horizons
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through market analysis and R&D partnerships
- Develop implementation roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build cross-functional innovation ecosystems with academic and industry partners
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes affecting future tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Deep understanding of tech innovation lifecycles and commercialization
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
