- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build competitive intelligence frameworks tracking global tech advancements
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and technology maturity
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting technology disruptions and market shifts
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI ethics, quantum, neurotech, or climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Experience building technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in trend forecasting tools
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
