Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning tech innovations with business objectives through 2026
- Lead competitive intelligence initiatives to identify market gaps and opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capitalists and innovation labs
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or product development
- Proven track record of launching products based on emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and trend forecasting
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., TensorFlow, AWS ML) preferred
- Experience in high-growth tech environments (startup or Fortune 500)
