Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and pilot testing future solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes for actionable insights
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI/blockchain/quantum)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities
- Experience with agile development and product lifecycle management
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (strongly preferred)
