Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using emerging tech stacks
- Analyze market trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ product launches
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and investors
- Design frameworks for ethical AI deployment and carbon-neutral tech infrastructure
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience with quantum computing, neural networks, or climate tech
- Deep understanding of emerging tech commercialization pathways
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published research or patents in future technologies (2019-2023)
- Strong network connections with Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
- CISSP or equivalent security certification preferred
