Qualifications

- Proven track record of launching innovative products with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep understanding of global tech policy (GDPR, AI Act, quantum export controls)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
