- Manage $2M+ innovation prototyping budgets
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic tech consulting or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in quantum/AI/cloud architectures
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Track record of scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum SDKs
