Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, focusing on AI ethics, quantum applications, and biotech convergence
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging tech trends including neuromorphic computing and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Architect strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders in advanced technology domains
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members, securing buy-in and resources
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies for rapid prototyping of futuristic solutions
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property development for next-gen technologies
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation roles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, biotech convergence, or Web3 infrastructure
- Proven track record of launching commercialized technologies with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight methodologies
- Experience securing government grants or venture capital for experimental projects
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
