Responsibilities

- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with future market trends and company vision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate next-gen solutions into existing product ecosystems
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation lab initiatives and mentor junior futurists

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience with technology forecasting and market analysis
