- Manage cross-functional R&D teams executing prototype development
- Forecast socio-economic impacts of disruptive technologies
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budgets through stakeholder alignment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record of scaling R&D initiatives to commercial success
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- Published author in IEEE/ACM journals on emerging technologies
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (DARPA, NSF)
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and technology adoption curves
- Security clearance preferred for government-contract work
