Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for disruptive technological shifts
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation opportunities to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor R&D teams in adopting future-focused methodologies and tools
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory changes affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and risk modeling for disruptive innovations
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., TensorFlow, AWS ML) highly valued
