Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR integration) with 2026 commercialization focus
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across enterprise and consumer markets
- Conduct competitive analysis and market sizing for nascent tech sectors
- Manage prototyping cycles and pilot programs for innovative solutions
- Present findings to C-suite executives and investor stakeholders
- Build and mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation specialists
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Strong presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CIMP) preferred
