- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps with clear KPIs and ROI projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes through data-driven intelligence
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for experimental initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong data analytics skills with experience in trend forecasting tools
- Executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business
- Certification in strategic innovation (e.g., HYPE Innovation, IDEO U)
- Prior experience scaling tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
