Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligning with business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, neurotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive intelligence
- Establish KPIs for future technology ROI and implementation metrics
- Manage innovation budget allocation across experimental initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching futuristic products/services
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Executive communication and stakeholder management expertise
- Master's degree in Technology/Engineering or MBA required
- Prior work at Fortune 500 or unicorn startup preferred
