Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging domains: quantum AI, biotech interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic blueprints to investors and board members securing $50M+ R&D funding
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and keynote speaking engagements
- Mentor innovation lab teams across 3 global offices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record scaling innovations from concept to commercial deployment
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in future technologies
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding
