You'll collaborate with quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech pioneers to build solutions that define the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI consciousness) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, product, and leadership teams on future tech integration
- Establish ethical frameworks and risk mitigation protocols for experimental technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years focused on emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record translating complex tech concepts into business value
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, or climate tech
- Experience managing R&D budgets and innovation pipelines
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executives and technical teams
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
