Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, evaluating, and integrating emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AGI frameworks)
- Build predictive models for technological disruption and create mitigation/adoption frameworks
- Establish innovation labs and pilot programs for next-gen technologies
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to executive leadership and investors
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Drive cultural transformation to foster innovation and technological agility
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or Web3 infrastructure
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Futures Thinking, Technology Foresight, or Strategic Innovation
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and R&D portfolios
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
