Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps for quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and commercial strategists
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess market disruption potential
- Secure $5M+ in strategic partnerships with academic institutions and VCs
- Present findings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Drive patent portfolio development with 15+ new filings annually
- Mentor junior talent through our Innovation Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology
- Experience securing multi-million dollar R&D grants
- Fluency in Mandarin or German (for global partnerships)
