Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies with 2026 market impact
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for climate resilience and AI ethics
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum and biotech sectors
- Collaborate with VPs of Innovation to align tech initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists while fostering a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 2025+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, or sustainability)
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams of engineers and researchers
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and strategic modeling
