Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and implementing emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Experience in venture capital or corporate innovation labs preferred
- Certification in strategic planning (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) highly desirable
