Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum AI, neuro interfaces, and climate-positive tech

- Conduct horizon scanning via patent analysis, academic partnerships, and global tech trend forecasting
- Design ethical frameworks for deploying disruptive technologies in regulated industries
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budgets through data-driven ROI projections
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and investor boards
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with demonstrated impact in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or similar venues
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Successful track record launching ventures with >$100M market impact
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Network of relationships with DARPA, EU Horizon, and national lab directors
