Responsibilities
- Lead strategic research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and market trends
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and 2026 innovation targets
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation projects from conception to launch
- Build partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Mentor junior team members in strategic technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in launching successful technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative reasoning abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
