- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with research labs, startups, and academic institutions
- Create technology roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation plans for quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, and autonomous systems
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Manage innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually for R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven impact on emerging tech adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience developing commercialization strategies for pre-market technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Track record of managing cross-functional teams across technical, business, and creative domains
