Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and industry disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, AR/VR 2.0)
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
- Translate complex technological trends into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Drive innovation governance frameworks balancing technical feasibility, ethical implications, and ROI
- Present future technology forecasts to investors and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor technical teams in adopting future-proof development methodologies and tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching commercialized products from early-stage research
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., CFAI, Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent training
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Prior experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or energy) preferred
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology ecosystem transformation initiatives
