Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with global market trends
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and renewable energy integration
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to prioritize emerging tech investments
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Create compelling technology roadmaps and impact assessments for stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies for rapid prototyping
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ in emerging tech roles
- Proven expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Experience building innovation pipelines from concept to commercialization
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Certified in Agile/Scrum methodologies (CSM or PMP preferred)
- Published research or patents in future technologies highly desirable
