Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ product initiatives
- Identify emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, Web3) with commercial potential
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future concepts
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology vision and recommendations to C-suite and investors
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning for emerging tech domains
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to MVP development
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated risk-taking ability
