Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, quantum, IoT)
- Strong analytical and market research capabilities
- Experience with technology roadmapping frameworks
- Certification in strategic technology planning (preferred)
