Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks for future tech landscapes
- Drive R&D investments in high-impact emerging technologies
- Lead ethics and sustainability reviews for future tech deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio of successfully implemented tech transformation initiatives
- Certification in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Techradar)
