Responsibilities
- Lead market research and trend analysis for emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon)
- Develop strategic implementation roadmaps for AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech integrations
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech innovation with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional R&D projects with $5M+ annual budgets
- Present technology forecasts and risk assessments to stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies highly valued
