Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 innovation milestones
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, generative AI, biotech convergence) for strategic alignment
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present technology strategies to C-suite and external stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and competitive advantage metrics
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Champion ethical tech frameworks and sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML ethics, or sustainable tech
- Experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
