As a key member of our Innovation Council, you will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to prototype and scale breakthrough technologies. Your insights will directly influence product development, market positioning, and strategic partnerships in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial computing) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future product concepts
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and adoption readiness
- Forge partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or future-focused product development
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven experience building technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives
