- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-tech vision into corporate strategy
- Build and mentor an elite innovation lab team of 15+ technologists
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through compelling investment narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record launching 3+ market-defining tech products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains (neurotech, climate tech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Experience scaling global innovation teams across 5+ countries
