Responsibilities

- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA for collaborative research initiatives
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and congressional tech committees
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs with Fortune 500 partners in 2026-2027
- Drive patent development for breakthrough innovations (target: 15+ new patents/year)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record leading technology strategy at FAANG or unicorn companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/climate)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Experience securing federal grants and DARPA-style funding ($5M+)
- Certified in Technology Foresight Methodology (TFM) or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
