Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating AI, quantum, and biotech innovations
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning for next-gen products
- Present technology visions to C-suite and key stakeholders
- Build and lead an innovation incubator for experimental projects
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products
- Strong financial modeling and business case development skills
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting
- PhD or advanced degree in relevant technical field preferred
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
