Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for AI, blockchain, and IoT ecosystems
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record launching at least two market-disrupting tech products
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum algorithms, or climate tech
- Experience with agile methodologies and lean startup principles
- Strong financial acumen for budget planning and cost-benefit analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., from Institute of the Future) highly valued
