Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Analyze patent landscapes and emerging tech trends (Gartner, Forrester)
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members
- Mentor R&D teams on emerging technologies and ethical frameworks
- Author annual 'Future Tech' industry reports and whitepapers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or emerging tech consulting
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Strong background in regulatory frameworks (FDA, FCC, EU AI Act)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized tech innovations
