Responsibilities

- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Translate technical capabilities into market-ready business cases
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks and responsible AI deployment
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact in emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Track record of launching category-defining products or platforms
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
