Responsibilities
- Research and forecast emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 3-5 year impact assessments
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI tracking
- Present technology insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators
- Mentor cross-functional teams on technology adoption and future-proofing
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology evaluation and implementation
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Strong data analysis and market research capabilities
- Experience presenting complex tech concepts to non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
