- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for next-gen product development
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline and track progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in C-suite advisory roles
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum systems, advanced AI, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (e.g., Nature, IEEE Spectrum)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
