- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and patent research for emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Oversee budget allocation for R&D initiatives and pilot programs
- Document technology adoption frameworks and implementation playbooks
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives valued at $10M+
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and product management
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
